You may return a damaged item if you report it within 7 days of delivery. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all regular returns and cancelled orders because each piece is made to order. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that all custom orders are final.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If your item is damaged please keep all packaging for this may be necessary to issue a full refund. If your item is a personalized item and the personalization is wrong due to incorrect entry on the personalization form we will work to get you the product that you desire.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping cost depends on the size of your order. You won't be charged for shipping when you checkout. We will call you after you place your order to discuss shipping.
For orders outside of the continental United States email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to Hawaii & Alaska.
When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipping tracking number.
